When purchases are available, sign in and open Stripe Checkout from your chosen pack. Wait for payment confirmation. Returning from checkout alone does not prove a payment has completed.
Return to the creator, upload a photo and select 8 or 15 seconds in 720p. Review the cost before generating. Each new take uses credits; track the saved task in My Videos.
The cards above show the count for each video length at 720p. These are alternative ways to spend one balance, not counts added together. You can mix durations, and unused credits remain available until their original expiry.
Credits are valid for one month (30 days) from confirmed payment. Buying another pack does not extend an earlier pack’s expiry, and these packs do not renew automatically.
A confirmed failed task returns its consumed generation credits. This is not an automatic refund of the original pack payment. A task with an uncertain provider response may require investigation before its outcome is known.
Check your billing record and payment status before retrying. A canceled checkout does not confirm a purchase; a pending payment should be resolved before starting a second purchase for the same need.
The Prompt Builder is free to use. Video generation uses paid credits. Failed generation credits return to your balance; this is separate from a refund of the pack payment.
